I preface this by saying I haven't re-watched this, but it was disappointing to see none of the leaders come over and have a "calming" word in Logan's ear.

Very good point RS. Would not have happened if Mills or Parker were out there

In the last5 minutes. Grundy drops a simple mark in the backline, Adams sprints to the 50m arc and dribbles it along the ground and then Logan cannot kick the ball 50 meters? Not sure where they head is at? Hopefully it is a glitch in the radar.

I was thinking the same and also haven't re-watched it.

With the umps nowadays no one probably dared go near the mark

Campbell deserves to stay in, was under pressure but you can see he has it in him.

I just hope Parker walks back in and Mills doesn't do a Calf in the 2s trying to press for senior selection
Yep totally agree on Campbell, though would hard to see him holding his spot when Parker and Mills are back. He will at least get the next few weeks.

I think Parker replaces Adams, Mills replaces Campbell and Fox replaces Cleary.

Adams disposal was terrible, but he has been good the last month.

Can't see him coming out, 20 touches and a goal, previous 2.

Adams wasn't the only one whose disposal was ordinary. Hopefully it's a glitch and normal services will be resumed this weekend.

Love everyone's optimism around Parker coming back in but I can see him doing at least a fortnight in the 2s.

Since he got reported we have won 6/7 games, lost by a pt.
The month before that he averaged 30 possessions at game for 4 weeks.

Love him to come back in but this is the safest Selection committee in the AFL

I was at the game; Errol spoke to Logan before the kick, then the umpire told him to go away while getting into Logan’s ear himself.

My key concern from Saturday's game is if Grundy gets injured. His impact on the Swans has become critical, something we have been missing for years. It looked like Grundy had been injured late in game and I had my fingers crossed that it was nothing serious. Grundy is so important to the Swans game plan

Logan should have got 50m by the central ump.

And big Hayden becomes the 14th Swan to get a vote this season.

Having now watched the replay of this game, we blew so many chances to be much closer or even ahead at 3/4 time, and several good chances during the last quarter. It was probably the worst delivery into the forward line for the season as well. Three more scoring shots for the game, and that’s not including a total miss by Adams running into an open goal and Logan’s last kick.
It felt like we were on top after half time, but didn’t turn it into scoreboard pressure this match. It was also the first game of the season that none of our midfielders kicked a goal. So frustrating on the one hand, but probably not so bad on the other. Eventually they’ll put it all together, play four quarters and then look out!
