    Lenny Hayes

    I thought it would be good for Sydney footy if the brownlow didn't go to a Swan it went to Lenny Hayes (though MBH is probably praying it never happens whilst Lenny is at the Saints). I guess after seeing the swinging elbow against the Lions last night it ain't gonna happen this year
    I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
    We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

      Considering some of the other reckless incidents that players have been cleared for this year, I reckon he'd be stiff to go for that. Admittedly I've not seen endless replays of it - just the one - but it looked accidental to me in that the opposition player was behind him and he may not have realised he was there or where he elbow was going to make contact.
