Hey Eddie why not propose an amendment to priority pick rule
"If a team qualifying for a priority pick has played in the GF in the previous year they shall be entitled to an addtional priority picks; if a team qualifying for a priority pick has played in the GF in the previous 2 years they shall be entitled to an additional 2 priority picks, etc "
If amendment is knocked back whinge about Sydney/Brisbane salary cap
