    Talking everything but actual footy....

    ....Yep, they've done it again.

35 minutes in and it's all been Bombers/Hawks punchups, and what Dermot said etc etc.

Tim Watson did the worst possible thing an interviewer could do and said "I don't know" when he was caught out.

Now its all semantics and bull@@@@.

    I'm goning to bed.

Stupid tho think that maybe the Swans would rate a mention.

So far the actual game of football hasn't been discussed.

Typical - it's why I don't bother watching it any more.

Very pale imitation of On the Couch, who led with the Swans v. Saints game as they should have.

They talked about us for about 25 seconds at the end.

What a piece of @@@@ this show is.

Only vaguely interesting part is the Coaches' Player Award - but only then because it is voted on by those who actually know something about the game.

It's interesting that if you asked most pundits to name an AA team now, the key forwards would consist of some combination of Gehrig, Lloyd, Brown and Tredrea, with maybe some generous souls squeezing "our Baz" in on the bench. Yet he is third on the Coaches' award table, behind only Riccuito and Hasleby.

I know it's been commented on before, but what is the point of Price Check. I can't recall one episode where it hasn't been complete and utter dribble. Even where he has bones to pick that some of us might agree with (eg the bias of the commentary of the WA media and Eddie) he picks the most pathetic, trivial examples to support his view.

Did they actually mention the votes for our match v Saints. I would consider looking again closely at the tape .. but that would be a waste of an hour of my life.

As good (if that is the right word) as TF was with Bruce, it is now as bad in the other direction, and hence, like most other C7 progs, it has no place on our TV. Talk about a station going downhill fast!!!
I find On The Couch much more interesting and actually like GH, Wallsy and MS, they seem to have an even spread of team discussion, not JUST centering on SNDON and the wobbles. I actually like to know their thoughts about Freo and the Weagles, Port and the Crows, Brizzie and Swannies also.
OTOH, I'm less impressed with Black and White Line fever, which seems to have a wobbles lovefest...it seems everytime I turn it on there's Buckley or Shaw or Fraser on it...I reckon over 5 days, they'd have a wobbles talking head on 2 or 3 times...not a bad average given there are 15 other teams....
"Davis...Davis has kicked 2...he snaps from 40...dont tell me, dont tell me, hes kicked a goal....unbelievable stuff from Nick Davis, can you believe this, he's kicked 3 final quarter goals and Swans are within 3 points..."

The total number of votes awarded for each game is 30 and your's add up to 33. I remember the top 3 and Kennelly but couldn't remember who else got votes. I think it was just two players though. So either drop out Kirk from that list, or move him down to the mystery two vote player.

Amazed that Stuey didn't feature - his game was sensational. And while Kennelly was a good contributor, there were many better players than him, I thought. Reckon that vote probably came from Cornflakes.
