2nd teams

St.Kilda are my "second team" because a fair few members of my family are saints mad and loyal.

I wouldn't get up and cheer for them, but I do generally enjoy the wins. (I did get very excited once a couple of years ago at the MCG when St.Kilda beat Hawthorn after the siren....luckily it was Barry Hall who kicked the goal, so I must have known something!)

Mind you, despite them being my "second team" I secretly went for the Crows in 1997 - I knew I was going to be tooooooo jelous if the Saints got up a year after we lost to the Kangas.

I have a soft spot for Brisbane - the success should have stopped me having a soft spot for them, but seeing they have beaten both Essendon and Collingwood in Grand Finals - and Collingwood twice. I have nothing but admiration for them

Oh and the Kangas can rot in hell lol

the only good thing about anzac day for me is being able to will essendon to win. it's the only day of the year i can. I have a soft spot for Hird, being a canberra boy myself. i dislike so many bombers though.....

stop me if you have heard this one: i bought a poster of matty lloyd and stuck it on my bedroom door. the damn thing fell off and got a free kick!

I have a soft spot for Port as well as the Bulldogs (after Libba).

I absolutely despise the Kanga's and Collingwood just p*ss me off.

I was going for the Crows 97/98 GF's as I hated to think Saints could win a prem with Plugger missing out after all those years he played for them and did I say I despise the Kangas?

03 - Brisbane
02 - Brisbane
01 - Essendon (but I didn't really care for most of the game - just enjoyed it)
00 - Essendon
99 - Who cares!
98 - Adelaide
97 - Didn't care at first, but then gradually through the course of the game started barracking for Adelaide
96 - Swans!!!
95 - Geelong
94 - Geelong
93 - Essendon
92 - Geelong
91 - Hawthorn
90 - Essendon
89 - 83 Hawthorn
82 - Who cares!
81 - 79 Don't recall that well but I think I just barracked against Collingwood, but barracking for Carlton or Richmond was difficult!
78 - 75 North Melbourne

North are my second team.(I followed them before the Swans came to Sydney) and I go for all non Victorian teams against the Vics.
