    I wonder what code would adjust better.

    If the Australians played a straight game of Gaelic football we would loose obviously

    but i dont think we would loose as bad as Ireland would if they played a straight out game of AFL, i dont mean points wise because the points system is different i mean, performance wise

    i think we do very well in the fact that IR is pretty much their game, and realisticaly there is a major adjustment for our boys compaired to theirs.

    i would really like to see them play a game of AFL against us, see how they handle the oval ball

      The biggest problem the Irish would face if they took us on in Aussie Rules would be the oval ball and our key position players would be almost unstoppable. While they will get use to the ball quickly, they hardly have the size and quality to match up against the likes of Tredrea and Hall. I guess tackling would also be a problem, as would game time being twice as long as they are use to.
