    Not good to hear about this kind of thing - it goes well beyond football. Hopefully he can make a quick recovery and get back out on the footy field sooner rather than later.

    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

    If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

    Scary stuff. Shows none of us are immune from these type of problems. I had a mate back in gr 6 I think it was who had a massive stroke and lost the use of one side of his body. He was only a kid.

      its something you wouldnt wish on anyone, hope he recovers fully and hawthorn take care of him, seems there are some complications in that regard
