    Blake Caracella

If anyone douts just how far we still have to go in our so called rebuilding phase. Think about this: The lions have just dumped Blake Caracella. There is no doubt he would be in our top five if he were playing in the red and white.
I wish people would relise that these are still deperate times for the swans, cos desperation can be the mother of greate acheivment!

Gee the Lions drop an underperforming big name player and yet the Swans can't do it. Charlie this is what I would like to see. If your not performing over a period of weeks (not just 1 match) you are dropped to get some form, no matter WHO you are. It works for Brisbane
    Once was, now elsewhere

Doubt whether Caracella fits in to Brisbane's psyche. Too soft.

Interesting isn't it that Heffernan at Melbourne seems to be the only one of the big 4 who were ejected by Essendon who is performing.

Perhaps a combination of fat salaries and big heads.

Have a look at the "monsters" from up north. They are huge and a mid sized Caracella doesnt really fit in there. Their type of footy doesn't suit his softy/silky style
        - Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing!

The fact that they are still prepared to play a first year kid in Jarred Brennan shows the gutsiness of their club and coach.

            Q. Why did they draft him then ?
            A. Because he was the perfect replacement for Headland.

He is simply not performing, perhaps just getting used to fitting in with life styles and the team. He will come good.
