Changed to 50m from 15m in 1988. I think there still should be both at umpire's discretion.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Watching old games, 15m Penaltys where handed out a lot more than 50m, any holding on etc was nabbed. I doubt a 15m penalty would be usefull for a player these days as it would slow them down when now they just give it off to the running player.Originally posted by Charlie
