Bloody Sturt player!
Occupational hazards:
I don't eat animals since discovering this ability. I used to. But one day the lamb I was eating came through to me and ever since then I haven't been able to eat meat.
Nothing wrong with that my son, noticed the Bays put in a pretty insipid performance on Sat. (that said so did the Blues but the Bays were worse ).
Did the Bays have any aboriginals???? Can't remember any off the top of my head. Centrals had plenty of course, Morey, McAdam, Wilbur Wilson and of course was the home of O'Loughlin and Goodes (while he was in Adelaide).

"Derek Kickett said in an off-the-cuff remark that he gave up hope of selection once he found out Kevin Sheedy was a selector. "
Gold!!!!!
Classic!! I remember seeing Derek play in the WAFL the year he "won" the Sandover by 30 votes but was ineligible thru suspension. As good as Goodes was on Sat nite compared to everyone else, that was how much better Kickett was week after week in the WAFL.
Little skeptical about the quote from Jimmy K - that's actually more words than I've heard Jimmy speak collectively over the last 25 years!
