There's no video footage of Parker punching him in the face either.
The umpire was asked if he thought he'd made many mistakes throughout the day and he said he had. It was then argued why that incident couldn't have been another example. Carr gave evidence by phone and told the truth -- he wasn't hit in the head, he was struck across the upper body and the contact only happened because he had hold of his jumper at the time.
The charge was therefore downgraded, hence the result.
