Just the head coach I assume. (I don't recall, since I switch off so many grand final broadcasts early due to lack of interest &/or hatred of the winner).

It's a really good point this one. After being on the receiving end of a "Derek Kickett" in junior days, one that's close to heart. In this era much more than any other premiership success is based around the whole list performing across the whole year. Any weak link will cost you somehow across the course of the season. I'd love to see the whole list recognised during speeches as well as with a medal.

I wouldn't mind seeing them get a medal, but they are not 'premiership players' and perhaps they shouldn't be premiership medals. To be a premiership player, you should actually have to play in the Grand Final.

As warm and fuzzy as it would be to see all players win premierships, that would destroy the mystique of winning one.
