A methodical dismantling of the Eagles and their gameplan would do just fine for me.

10 point lead at 1/4 time, 20 points at the half, 30 at 3/4 and then pile them on in the last.

Three close finals games in a row is quite enough for my heart and stress levels. I wanna smash them in the 1st quarter. After the final siren would be utterly exhilarating but may kill a few of us.

Come on guys...it has GOT to be after the siren if you want to the best win possible. I know that we'd have a few people going into cardiac arrest...but in hindsight it would so much sweeter than a belting.

I'd just hate for any single player to have to shoulder the responsibility of kicking that goal. That's Heaven or Hell...no in between. U miss and you will be remembered for that. U get it and u are a legend forever. Ahhh...just the thought of it.

          But seriously...wouldnt u love it???

Nope, a belting in as sweet as it gets in a GF - no need to worry about sour grapes from the losers, no chance of umpiring being questioned - quite simply, you were the best team on the day making you clearly the best team in the land!

            I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Yep - take control early and then just keep extending the lead.

Brisbane in 2003 springs to mind.

Essendon in 2000 would be nice.

              Or Kangaroos in 1999.

A kick after the siren would be too much to cope with. I barely survived the Geelong match!!

It needn't be a goal. If the scores are level at the final siren, we could have: "This kick for the premiership. Any score will do."

In the goal square and he kicks into the man on the mark...

OMG that would be torture waiting for him to line it up, remember those set shots at the dome this year

surely he could get a behind

I've had enough of close matches. I want a 7 goals to 3 first quarter, still 4 goals up at 3/4 time and just rip it in from there. That way we can enjoy it.

They will be expecting us to overrun them in the last qtr. So will need an Explosive start.

I vote the big last quarter, its been a trademark for the last few games and quite a number this year... they have done the big first quarter as well, but there are a string i can remember of 4th quarter heroics.... Collingwood, Richmond (only to fall a point short), Essendon (smashed them in the 4th), Geelong, St Kilda... just wrap it up with 5 to go... let Huddo go spastic in the box...

I'm driving 12 hrs from Sydney to be there, i don't want my drive home to be the longest 12 hrs of my life!

                                GO BLOODS!
