I have a very serious announcement to make.

An imposter is using MY name on this board. He has only made two significant posts, but is doing severe injury to my reputation.

Firstly, he claimed during the off-season that Schneider didn't appear to have the build to succeed at AFL level. It is a slur on my character to suggest that I said such a thing.

Then he went and wrote a thesis on the Swans hopes of a finals berth... claiming they would not only beat Hawthorn, but definitely lose to both Collingwood and Brisbane. As if I would ever say that!

      Who is this person?

Is it time we got them drug tested?

          No seriously great win.

When we are going we are a hot football team.

O'Loughlin trouble at the tribunal, stupid, but its there.

          Willo, Cressa, Goodes, Micky sensational

From what I saw the only thing that Micky has to worry about is his eyesight, in that he didn't see him. The umpire ran into him, not the other way around I thought.

He'll be reported I think, but would be unlikely to go. Goodes, Willo, C.Bolton and Magic all played well and even Warfe was OK when he was on.

Wow, what a performance,,, I thought they would crumble when Brisbane put the pressure on, I thought we were gone:: But no,, What a game you played swannies,,,, cant believe it is the same team, Yes Charlie,, I am feeling very excited about following the Swans at the moment.

Jared Crouch,,, That goal was just what we needed at the time, so important

judging by the look on that white maggot's face after MO ran in to him, I'd say the incident would be scrutinised. But I'd be surprised if he'd be reported, or in essence, found guilty. Funnier things have happened though

Should have hit him harder, the umpiring was a disgrace

Worst piece of umpiring on the day was when Pike was tackled and dropped the ball. "Play on's the call"!!! Fortunately we managed to get the ball back and have a shot on goal (although BBBH missed). Lucky though as it was an atrocious piece of umpiring!
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Not sure what your problem with the call is as theres no such rule as dropping the ball if he has the ball and it spills lose from a tackle than play on is the call. if he is able to get it on or to another player without kicking or handballing it will be deemed incorrect disposal if he is bouncing the ball while being tackled it is deemed holding the ball.

                        hope this helps

For mine one of the worst umpiring decisions was in the first quarter when Crouch was tackled immediately on taking possession, was brought to the ground and then pinged for holding the ball. He didn't try to hide the incredulity on his face when he realised the ump had played a free against him. In the light of some other non-HTB decisions that went the Lions' way later in the game this one was completely bemusing.

And the number of ticky-touchy frees that the Lions got in the second half was bewildering. On watching the replay most seemed to be there, technically, but I guess the umps were completely unsighted everytime a Swans player got tackled high or was pushed in the back.

It didn't spill loose. He tried to kick it and missed, so that is incorrect disposal.

the new understanding of holding the ball is prior opportunity, pike had prior opportunity!!!

charlie, during the NSO game schneider went for the ball and overran it... an imposter took control of my mouth and shouted "delist him now!"
