2 year contract. If he continues to put the hard yards in over the next 2 seasons then the football department could be facing a pretty hefty price tag.I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline

There had been media reports that he was not over the moon about the details of the contract (his contract increase is primarily performance based). His management may want to be able to have him put another 2 good years in and up it. Likewise, the Swans might want to see him put in for the next 2 years like he did for the past year.Originally posted by TheHood
