Cupido has some very good skills when he is switched on and is still relatively young.

Re Cupido: the club was prepared to go against all history by taking one player from Essendon in the off-season (I think a chance well worth taking).

However, to go with two ex-Essendon players in the one year, and have them both work out, would be 'buy a lottery ticket' time. There's also the risk that Cupido might take Ted under his wing and ruin him. One Sheedified apple can spoil the whole bunch.
