missed tonights game

I was out tonight and missed the international rules game.

Can someone give a quick synopsis of how the Swanees players went.

Will be there next week with Cher, can't wait.

Just finished watching it here - it was a slaughter, the final margin really flattered them as they got 2 late unders. Sheedy's decision to go with a fast mobile unit has paid off and the Aussies looked very slick in transferring the ball from half back to the forward line.

As for the Swans:
- Davis was very classy in front of goal, I think he ended up with 3 overs.
- Buchanan provided a lovely cross for Lovett's goal and made some very nice tackles that earnt him free kicks.
- O'Keefe was okay, kicked a few overs in the first half but I thought he looked slowish in comparison to the rest of the team.

Was suitably impressed with Dale Morris' efforts tonight. Where on earth did he come from?! Dominator.

Deledio did well too, as did Johnson, Lovett, Bradley and Hodge.

Watching the latter made me recall the Tri Nations RL Test earier tonight -- I think he's playing the wrong sport. There's a real element of 'thug' about the way he plays, or is that called 'mongrel'?

Never mind how they played. ROK now has a beard and he looks HOT!!!

The Irish seem pathetic until the last quarter when they ran the ball.

Davis got 3 unders
O'keefe got 2 unders
Buchanan got 1 under

I had till wait till 12:40am before the game starts in Sydney and the game finished at 3:10am

There was one passage of play that went Buchanan, O'Keefe, Davis, over. Even in the IR series, it seems the Bloods can still find each other on the park.

I think this should read overs in place of unders

Our boys looked good and adapted to the game well.

This game seems to be made especially for the aboriginal players, especially now that the bigger, heavier players are being weeded out. Next year we should put the Allstars team in as the Australian team (but that would eliminate Deledio and Morris etc. who did a great job.....so don't be stupid)
