          Copping a hard knock, normally to the thigh that bruises up quite badly and gives a cramping sensation.

          Normally would mean a week out tops.

              'corking' is what we call getting a 'dead leg'. sore and unmovable for a while, but generally with ice and rest, no problem very quickly.

                    Yeah...it was Vermont High School. School of Darren "Daisy" Williams and Brucey Brunton. Unfortunately our school "zone" was split between Richmond and Essendon
