I used to be quite sympathetic to St Kilda, given they were even bigger losers than the Swans (were) in terms of premierships not won and wooden spoons secured. And I have some friends who support St Kilda who were moderately sensible.
But they're not very popular on this forum... can I ask if this is a recent thing (based on what I've heard is an arrogant attitude of their fans), or a deep-seated, ancient thing for you?
Sure, I can't stand that backstabber coach of theirs, but I'm not that averse to the rest of them.

I was also ridiculed by a Saint supporting bank teller that served me on the way to the PF, which reminds me I must wear my Premiers T-shirt and cap into that bank one day, without saying a word.
Saints fans in the past were never that bad in my experience. In fact the South Melbourne and St Kilda cheersquads got on really well in the 70's and 80's
