Seriously, the subi curse, travelling again, and the energy and emotions sapped in that draw that should have been a win will be far too much for the dogs.
Plus the swans will take them a lot more seriously this week.Comment

Yes I think the big battles they have had in the last few weeks where they have been trying their guts out but just cant get a win on the board will finally take its toll this week with another interstate trip. Kinda reminds me where in 2001 the kangaroos came off an epic against essendon then played us the week later and we thumped them by 15-16 goals cause they were physically and mentally exhausted. I have the same feeling about this week and I have a feeling we will thump the dogs by 15+ goals.No.1 ticket holder of Nick Davis Fan Club...Comment

Like us last year...they're IN every game but they're never IN any game, if you know what I mean.
Interesting is how well they are scoring this year. They have more than a 1000 pts this year...for a bottom club, that's outstanding.
We currently have the 3rd best defence - behind Port and Bris - and a creditable attack (8th or so) .. The 3 highest scorers this year are WC, the Doggies and Freo. But they all have more than a 1000pts aginst them as well. What this tells me is that they open up to get their goals, and love a shoot out.
We kick goals, but so far have never cracked defensively. I think this puts us in a good position.Time to march for the Red and WhiteComment
