If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Interesting points to come out of this week...

    a) We've dropped very marginally below the Hawks in terms of accuracy... BUT.... we've kicked 14 more goals. So, I'm not complaining. I'd rather have the right mix of quality and quantity in front of goal than be dead eye @@@@s who still aren't kicking enough.

    b) Micky has now kicked 42 goals from 18 games under Paul Roos. He is well and truly equal to the best he has ever been, in my opinion. Just wish he could get a real run without injuries. He'd soon catapult back into the best 20 players in the league.

Anyone reckon that Cressa deliberately kicked his first shot at goal OOBOTF deliberately to preserve his "perfect" kicking record?

Wouldn't surprise me Liz. I said before he kicked it to a couple of the people who sit in front of me that he hasn't kicked a behind this year, and then he missed everything. It's obviously an all-or-nothing ploy with him!
