How about a tour of duty T shirt?
On the front could be R&W online logo.
On the back could be the draw for the 2003 season with who we beat and the score.

This idea came up after the xmass fires a few years ago and was a hit with the guys in the RFS

How about a picture of Eddie's head, with a red target over it and on the back, SHOT DOWN TWICE IN 2003 (of course we have to win Saturday to do it)
        Once was, now elsewhere

Great idea Snaws! I might have to start looking into it.... I think the place I was looking at only prints on one side of the shirt.. but there's probably heaps around.

Diego, I might just take you up on your offer - would you be interested in coming up with a t-shirt design after the season? I'll see if I can scout around for potential places to get the shirts made.

Everyone else, thanks for the feedback and ideas.... thanks also to those who said they're willing to chip in. Will provide further details when we all decide what we're doing.

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

Yeah, I'd be in on getting a RWO t-shirt done. Maybe we could use a logo similar to that which Rooster Wedgie used to use on Bigfooty-RWO Rooster World Order.

I bought the video of the Port final. The Port Cheer Squad Outer Army have THEPOWERFROMPORT.COM emblazoned across a fair few of their flags and banners.

I'd still love a www.redandwhiteonline.com banner to hang somewhere at the SCG/Stadio Olimpico. But they have covered the railings on the hill these days with St George Bank banners.

From memory the best place to hang one would be from the railing up the top of the Ladies Stand in the Members Area.

But as long as they are in XX(X)L, I'd be in on t-shirts and caps for sure. I just wish I had 5 heads, as that is the amount of heads I'd need to cover all the hats I can wear to the footy these days.

If you are looking at getting some t-shirts done the biggest issue is noone wants to touch you unless you are getting over 100 made up. That was the issue when I was looking at getting whereisthepub.org t's done, as I only wanted 40-50.

But a friend put me onto Eyesore T-Shirts - they specilize in small run screen printing and don't charge a fortune. No iron on patches, just real silk screens and they do a great job as well. If you need their details just let me know.

Rather than just posting a cheque - for those of us in the electronic age who don't have a cheque book (I know what they are - I studied them in History lol) does your bank a/c accept BPay payments (many do these days) ... Maybe you should set up a seperate a/c for RWO money? Preferably a nil-fee a/c (ie will only allow a couple of withdrawals a month but thats ok). If you can't accept BPay into the a/c (eg my home loan does, I think StG bank also do into savings a/c's) then BSB & A/C details for direct deposit. If people have to send a cheque it'll never get done but if they can click they can do it online.

EFT is definitely preferred, as cheques are a pain in the arse to get banked! I have to find time soon to bank the ones I have already received...

By the site's own statistics, there are approximately 120 members with 50 posts or more. The top ten practically live on the site (Des, you should be charging board.)

Clearly, these members and the 300 plus others, get considerable enjoyment from participating on this site.

I would have thought a tenner (or more) from the top 100 posters and a minimum fiver from the rest is terrific value for the humour and general quality opinion on this site.

Too often we take the effort required to maintain these sites for granted. I can't believe that after more than a month of being notified we're only half way there. This thread should have long been dead and buried if those who use the site put thier money where their .. fingers are.
