And we expect to HEAR YOU making lots of NOISE

Sit with the CS if you can, it's much more fun when you're outnumbered to be amongst friends.

According to the paper, the Port Adelaide final is on friday night ... that will make it tough for us to get fans over there, it would mean pretty much taking friday off. But they won't have as long as us to recover.

The Port vs Swans final will be 95% certain to be on the Sunday, actually. Port Adelaide put in a request for today's game to be moved to Saturday, which was declined. In return, they've been promised that they WON'T have a short break.

Which means we'll get an 8-day break!

it is unfortunaltely, because we are further east than melbourne (and right at the edge of a timezone) we get ripped off with daylight hours. cities like pert, right on the western edge of the zone, get a whole extra hour than we do
                        *end rant*

Don't forget Adelaide which isn't even IN their own timezone. They should be an hour behind, not just 30 minutes.

                              From the AFL website

"While the AFL is yet to release the order of next weekend?s four matches ? neither of the Adelaide teams will play their finals matches on a Friday night due to the fact they cannot have a five day break after playing against each other in round 22 on a Sunday."

"The Crows-Eagles final is likely to be staged either Saturday afternoon or Saturday night in Adelaide while the Port-Swans clash will almost certainly be staged the following afternoon to hand the ?City of Churches? a blockbuster opening weekend of finals football."

According to Channel 9 "speculation" the game between Port and the Swans could be on Sunday.
