There's rumour going round that Barry is about to exit the Swans. No-one knows if it's to another club or to boxing.
Probably rubbish, anyone heard anything?
Where did you hear the rumour? Probably very unlikely I suspect.
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Not meaning any offence to your sources, AOK, but I haven't heard ANYTHING about this anywhere - including BigFooty, where the punters talk about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. If there IS a rumour floating around, it would have been floated there within a matter of seconds.
Whoever told you this is probably mistaken, deluded or simply a very good comedian!
Bazz scored the Players' Player award at the B&F dinner, which shows just what his teammates think of him. He is highly rated by his coaches and very popular with the supporters. If he was going to go elsewhere (or into boxing), we would have heard about it by now.
177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out.... Des' Weblog
Like I said - most probably rubbish. It was on Saintsational forum. Could be a joke, I don't know, that's why I came to you guys for some clarification.
There might be a very small chance of it being true. Stranger things have happened in footy than that. Also, he is a boxing fan.
Anyhow, don't go off at me guys, I'm just asking if you've heard anything.
No drama's - or as we used to say in the recording studio - "no drummers"
Cheers, AOK
There was a story on Fox Sports News a few weeks ago with an interview with Barry saying that would like to get into full-time boxing one day before his athletic prime is up

Barry will hopefully play out his career with Sydney. He said so himself in his speech at the Best & Fairest . If he decides to take up boxing , it won't be until he has his football priorities out of the way, and that won't be for another few years . He has to win a premiership first
Don't forget Bazza's comments made at the B&F after winning the player's player award. He said he wants to play out his career here. So unless he's doing a Mundine, he isn't going anywhere.
I'm on the Chandwagon!!!
If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.
Originally posted by Craig As strange as it may seem I too have heard info from a friend of Barry's that he is definately keen to get into boxing in the near future.
I was informed that this was most likely going to be his last year. Though it's most likely a load of crap.
It goes further. There are those in the boxing fraternity that seriously believe Baz could give the heavy weight division a run for its money. As for me, I prefer to see him in R&W, charging towards the big sticks, or simply bursting through the opposition packs.
