O'Mahoney will be delisted.

Is there any rule saying how many rookies you have to take? I imagine we'll be wanting to promote McGlone and James, and retain Meiklejohn, Bevan and Crawford on the RL. It's also a possibility, in my opinion, that Buchanan will be offered a spot on the RL in the event that he is delisted and not picked up in the draft.

BTW - If Seymour goes, I reckon that Mark Powell will be offered number 7. Would Schneider be interested in Cressa's number 8? I reckon it would be his if he wanted it.

I reckon AS might go for Scotty Stevens' #16. Powell to #7 is a good call, if Seymour goes (I think some others are ahead of him in the "getting worried" list though - Warfe and Buchanan)

No. He's not at that level yet. The club might baulk at giving him #8 on the off-chance that he might one day earn #14, but he hasn't earned it yet.

If I HAD to choose a current player for #14, it'd be Jude Bolton.

I'm not normally superstitious, but please please not lets give 16 to Schneider. It seems to be a disaster number for us in terms of long term, quality players.

The club doesn't seem to keen on retiring numbers other than the really big ones. Dunks' 6 was given out last year so I reckon someone will get 8 this year. Schneider would be a great choice for mine.

I think I'd rather they gave 14 out soon, not year this but maybe next, to a player who is promising but doesn't have the hopes of the supporter base hanging on their shoulders. Maybe even LRT, as a local NSW boy, would be a good recipient.
