Well this is true to an extent - but I know Saddo got a berating last week for his performance - warranted or not - and I was keen to see myself how he was travelling - and from what I saw I had no reason to stick up for him after last weeks negativity - merely just contining on from the comments last week and how I thought he was struggling too.

The problem with Saddo is not ability, it's judgement, as many people have said repeatedly - when to mark (which he can do well) and when to punch. Otherwise he is still good enough to be in our starting 22, and I don't think anyone has doubted his willingness to have a go. I believe that if he's fit he can fire, and I hope he does.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

And if I thought Schuable looked rusty liked Saddo I would have shared my thoughts about it no doubt about it.

So no double standards from my side mate.

I really hope they turn it around cause i'm a fan of both players.
Hi Cheer Cheer, I wasn't signalling you out, maybe I should have not quoted you in the first place and just commented on Charlie's post.

I think both will have great seasons, just can't see the point why so many people are quick to judge players after 2 practice games when all players so far have looked rusty.

Finally someone has gotten the so called "anti Saddington" camp's view down to a tee. While not saying he is a bad player not worthy of a spot in the team, all most of us are saying is that he isn't the CHB the team needs.

After all the tripe that's been written on this board in the past few days, I think we should be saying to her "Come back, we need you!".

BTW, what did she think of Saddington?

Do you remember the good old days when we could forget about the players and just focus on hating LondonSwan?

Of course it's all tripe if you don't agree with it...

Jeez, it never gets that desperate!

I'm guessing something like this would come out... "leave jason alone he plays good hes a awsome player hes changed his hare color he looks good my mate jason is a excellent player"

Of course, also notice the post header says the same thing as the post!!

Aaaah Londonswan! Where is he in our time of need? With so much dissention in the ranks we need him to pull us all together again.

I'll pay that one . . . really did LOL.

But of course, it's not possible because you're so much older than me.

I thought you were older than dirt?

I'm disappointed with the "anti Saddington" tag, I would have gone with The Saddo Nazi Faction, dedicated to twisting history to fit with the theory.

                          But still thoroughly unconvincing

Maybe you'd be comfortable if it was described as the David Irving history of Saddington...

After one good game we will start on someone else.... Ain't life grand!

Yeah, that's funny coz all the card carrying members of the Jude Bolton must die faction of 18 months ago disappeared last season. In fact they all denied being members
