Round 1 Player of the week...

    <A href=http://redandwhiteonline.com/content.php?id=186_0_3_0_C>Liz's Article here</a>

All feedback can go in this thread

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

Agreed - Leo was fantastic, he tried his heart out and of course took the most incredible mark.
But he was consistent the entire game - and that is what we need. Well Done Leapin!
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

Has this guy missed any games because of injury? As the commentators said, he does put his bloody life on the line.
Using hypothesis testing via confidence intervals:
Nick Davis mark inside 50 = goal

Yeah I heard that too - actually Leo is one of the few that both Walls & Quartemain really rave about.

Considering how sick he was in Adelaide a few years ago, he is one of the most incredible people running around on the field.

Here's to it being a huge year for him and the lads (it was after all only 2 points - and against the premiers - look at the thumping Collingwood got from Richmond of all teams!)

Thanks and well done for the article Liz.

Leo is one of a group of (in Mike Sheahan's words) "8-10 players who enjoyed career-best seasons and must do it all again, this time under closer attention". So it was great to see him to start the year so well, continuing where he left off from last season.

Leo was awesome on Sat nite. If only a couple of others had put their body on the line like Leo did, the outcome might have been different. Not degrading anyone, just noticed a couple of players who were not prepared to do what Leo was.

Leo would have been my choice as well.

Excellent game and definately showed he has taken last years form into this year.
