I would suggest Willo's clanger count is on a rather sharp upward curve this season.

Against Freo he had a horror first half with about his first 4 possessions going straight to the opposition. Seems to have improved last week so lets hope he was only a bit rusty.

Brett Allison was a late pick in the National Draft so not much was lost. I also thought he was one player who got a bit of a raw deal from Rocket. And at least he's still heavily involved in the club.

A similar comment could be made about the "low" cost of Scott Russell given he was taken in the pre-season draft but surely he was a complete waste of space on the list? Never wanted to be here and it showed.

If by 'understand' you mean find info on who was traded for whom then it can be found on the afl site in the archives section.

If you mean how can we understand why we traded Simon Black for Simon Hawking and Brent Green ( ( ) then afraid can't help you!!

Robbie Ahmat went his own way mid-season.

Went back to family in Darwin.

Him and Rocket definately didn't see eye to eye and he decided he had had enough of footy and Rocket in particular.

Actually, Brent Green was a very promising footballer, but like Mark Kinnear he just wasn't interested in doing the hard yards.

Also he was supposed to have hated living in Sydney, but that hardly seems credible??
