Wet weather appears to be a problem, and I believe the confines of the SCG aren't necessarily suited to the game-plan. The likes of ROK and Davis can run wide on the bigger ground, receive and convert from a long way out. Against a flooding team like the Tigers, the forwards were too cramped. Davis should get the ball more, but when he does he seems to hit a target by hand or foot.
Thoughts.

We lack height in defence, everyone knows that. Sure those playing yesterday are more than capable of playing above their height. However when we knew Richmond were going to play Richo, Ottens and Stafford up forward, why the hell we dropped Rogers who at least would of provided another option and also under used Powell, it makes me think Roos is just putting the Best 22 on the field, not a team to match the team we are playing.Once was, now elsewhereComment

I saw the reserves yesterday and Rogers played at the Paddington end all day, he kicked a few goals as a forward but boy he had a few kicked on him as a backman.Originally posted by robbieando

Not saying he wouldn't have done better in the firsts but, it was McGlone (again) and Nick (Katrina) Potter who did well in the reserves. LRT was almost totally invisable too.Comment
