"As a player he simply should not have been able to do the things he did. Leo was a 185cm, 88kg full-back and played on some of the biggest, fastest and best full-forwards of all time, and constantly beat them." Roos.
Leo Barry? you star! We'll miss ya, ''Leapin''.

Nicks has a good football brain too!!!

He gave Hall a good goal today, with a great handball under pressure.

        absolutely!

watching today I commented that I actually love watching him mark a ball. He just seemed to do it so easily, gracefully is the only word I can think of at present to adequately describe it.

Watching him with the reserves the other week, he was just amazing herding them to where they should play.

        Go Nicksy - welcome back.

If I hadn't already started the other thread, I would agree with this.

I have a lot of faith when he gets the ball that something good will come of it, and agree with the clean hands comment.

Straight swap between him and Goodes (CHB/CHF) looks simple, now that you think about it.

Saddo did well today generally, and I really appreciated his efforts in the ruck contests. Not in the same ballpark as his opponent on size, but plenty of heart and gave us a contest, even won the ball a couple of times. Good on him!
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
