Now, for all you guys who jinx the position of the play on the ground, is it too much to ask that you rotate at the end of each quarter so that you are always sitting at the opposition's scoring end?

I sit in the Churchill stand and I constantly moan that the scoring end is the Noble stand end.Even Plugger kicked his record breaking goal up that end much to my chagrin.
I fixed that last week by not being able to go to the match.
I barely remember a point being scored at the Noble end.
That anomaly will be fixed as I am going Sat night and taking my binoculars.

Every time I go to the SCG I sit in the Ladies Stand and seem to gaze over to the other side for 75% of the match.

Even when the ball is kicked in from a point to the MA Nobel pocket they seem to switch back to the other side more often than not.

I'd love to know the stats for using that side of the ground.

Most of the time I think they like playing over on your side of the ground. Sunday was a freak occurance. There were quite a few throw ins right in front of Norris Lurker and myself.

I've spent the day researching, and can confirm that wherever the Swans are playing, it is not Victoria.

PS:- Turning one's back to watch the screen when where I sit is heaps uncool. But considering I spent so much time turning my back to get chants etc going, I suppose I can't complain.

Gee mate, I'm sure the SCG Members would like that, having all the 'unwashed' trying to get in and stand next to Kenny and the grannies.

I tried "end-to-end"ing it (as they call it in South Australia where it is part of football culture to wander down the other end at each quarter) against Freo in 1995 when Lockett was going for his 100. It was very underwhelming. That concourse below the Bradman Stand is so bloody cold and damp. There is this mould on the floor all the time.

I'm one of those members who doesnt like the "great unwashed" . But even I reckon I could make an exception if it meant we'd win more games. Anyway, all you stragglers can stay on the concourse so I'll stay clean up on the top level.

Clearly, you are sitting next to me! It doesn't matter where I sit, the game is on the other side except for about 3.75 minutes each game.

Our highlights this weekend were Wharfey's attempted marks and a couple of throw ins.

We sit in the Brewongle concourse, right behind the race.
