No he lives in Melbourne around the corner from friends of mine - I have asked them to go and blow up his letter box - for some odd reason they declined!!! This same friend is on the umpires convening comittee and he's known "Goldy" for years - and he thinks he's an idiot too.
He never, ever admits to making a mistake even when the committee tells him he has.
oh well lets see shall we - there is a first time for everything!I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

It's funny that just last week we never seem to get any of the "Mac" brigade of umpires (McLaren, McBurney, McInerny) and here we get one of them this week...
I'm on the Chandwagon!!!
If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Umpires Uniforms
Due to the problem with Umpire colours last week the AFL has come up with a new design that will cause no problems for either teams. See Attached.
