That is not the report Ruda, all the umpires (or their bosses) did was to refer the incident for review.

Even if they did not refer it, both Andy D and the AFL operations manager have the power to do the same thing (refer Grant case in the year he lost the brownlow) and there is no doubt they would have in this instance.
