I'm just wishing for a good outcome....

Given Halls past experience with the tribunal and on field behaviour I agree with you Bear, but I don't know if I'd be on Grant's side either... IF he faked it in order to get a free kick that is. If he was hit by Hall then he should be suspended. There is no need for him to throw his fists around, and he has been so good for the past year or so.

Grant is one of the nice fair guys that absolutely dived to get a free from Hall in the 2nd quarter. This is fact not bias - I'd say the same if someone dived like that to get a free from Brodie Holland!

So he dived once in the game - and that is on video. Then, when not a soul was watching, he was on the ground again holding his head but came up without a mark on him. And played on as if nothing had happened.

In the totality of the video and the fact the accused player has been clean for 18 months I'd say he'd probably get off. But it's Barry Hall, so that's unlikely.

And we have yet to hear what the goal umpire has to say. . . The report was from a field umpire.

But Grant, nice guy or not, has already moved beyond just milking frees. The news reports say that he has said that Hall hit him but said it was accidental. He will be required to elaborate on that tonight. Should be interesting - but I'd be starting Buchanan on steroids this afternoon so he's ready to fill the boots that are likely to be vacant on Sunday.

And no-one can say that Bazza hasn't brought much of this on himself. Last year he'd play on knowing he wouldn't get a free. This year he's spent a lot of time mouthing off at the umpires when he felt robbed. Even if he didn't touch Grant, he didn't do his cause any good throughout the Dogs game. And I wonder how long it'll be before he gets his next free?

It wasn't a dig Bam Bam. Just trying to point out to the girls that photos posted on BigFooty ( ) show nothing more than we already know. The umps looked at the incident AFTER the event.

        Back in the cage.

Grant is by taking a fall - what about compensation for Hall for all the frees the lousy b umpires missed.

Bazza did'nt do anything. A wasp stung Grant on the forehead and he dropped to the ground crying.

Of course Bazza will probably be found guilty and be given a few weeks.

How many men does Bazza have to carry on his back to get a free Kick?

He is very unloved. He's gone!

Don't be silly. It was the CIA guy on Yabba's hill. He was expecting a grassy knoll, but his briefing sheets were out of date.
