There is an extremely high risk in drafting 25 year olds (or around that age) as they havent been tried at AFL level, and probably wont improve much as their body is already mature.

I am forced to break from my self imposed exile here, to make a stand for Fitzy.
The kid kicked 5 goals on debut and had 11 (from memory) after 3 games. As Lizz pointed out his age had nothing to do with his injuries, the guy was an absolut gunn, and to question his footballing ability or the rightness in drafting such a gunn, is down right wrong and misguided.
Fitzy was one of the most talented and unlucky bastards ever to go through the AFL draft !
