Important match for the mighty Purple this week...looking forward to it, I jus hope hope Pav doesn't leave it till the last quater to start running amok this time! Just out of curiosity who matches up on who in the midfeild this week? Does Kirk get Bell or Haselby, and how do the rest get assigned?
Round two!

Kirk has become such an important playmaker for us this year that he's often not being assigned such an important "run-with" role as in the past. I can't remember who he played on when we met earlier this year but he had a super game on Bell last season - kicking three goals IIRC and cutting Bell pretty much out of the game.
Crouch may well take Schammer who seems to be your in form midfielder at the moment. Even though he usually plays on Farmer, Bevan may get that job instead. It will partly depend on your tall forward options. If Leo is required to play on a tall, Bevan will probably be needed for Medhurst, requiring Crouch to probably take Farmer. But Leo is probably our best match-up for Medhurst if Schauble and Craig Bolton (and Goodes if he plays) can cover your taller forwards.
More to the point (at least from our perspective) who are going to get the jobs on Barry H, Ryan O'Keefe and Micky O? -
We are gonna try the primary school "stacks on " defence for Hall. Anyone under six foot ...STACKS ON BAZZA!If the Wiz didn't play for us , i'd Think he was irritating too!Comment

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

However, I don't think the Wizz (now named after the urinary version) would take on someone, like Baz, who would clock him into next Sunday.
That kneeing act was more cowardly than tough in my opinion. Wizz is a coward who everyone loves to hate. He seems to find trouble just prior to Swans games. IIRC when I say he was on an AVO in the week leading up to the clash earlier this year?
Reckon even Dockers fans would be embarrassed by the kneeing and non-plussed that he actualy got off.The Pain of Discipline is Nothing Like The Pain of DisappointmentComment

^ no no that's his "natural tackling action" according to the tribunal. maybe bazza can counter with his "natural spoiling action"I wish my weed was EMO so it would cut itselfComment

We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his timeComment

Our crack midfield will suffer sensory overload from all the targets and start dancing in circles around the football singing bawdy ditties!Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.
