    I had thought that myself. Some people seem quick to lessen the value of Schaubs B&F because he was best in a not too great side (I certainly don't).
    I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
    We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
