swans will win. we could have expected to be 1 and 1 from the last two games, and we are. not that i'm not dirty like everyone else, but we can't change the result, or the tragedy. lets look forward with some positivity.(is that a word?)

Yeah I think given the choice most of us would've taken 1 win from the past 2 games although it's disappointing when it was so close to 2 from 2.Originally posted by dread and might

As for this weekend. Melbourne will be wanting to bounce back after a thumping from Port. Ben Holland is up before the tribunal - let's hope he gets a holiday...but the key to us winning is as always is to hold Neitz or to dry up his supply. He's been the Swan's nemesis for some time now and for some reason always plays pretty well against us. Big job for Schauble.
One positive is that it's at the Dome and the Swans seem to do ok there.....Comment

Don't worry about Neitz, as Schauble rarely get bags kicked on him and will extra keen to atone for Saturday night after Rocca kicked five on him in the last half.Originally posted by Dave2

I think the real worry will be restricting Jeff White's influence in the air, and most importantly, around the ground.
Because of White's aerobic capacity, he plays as an extra midfielder and invariably destroys the opposition with his 20 odd possessions.
Therefore, I believe that Roos should look at tagging White with Goodes following him everywhere except to Ruck contests. Even though Goodes plays loose whether on the ball, in defence or in the forward line, I think the challenge Roosy sets Goodes of playing a run with role on White may just get the best out of Goodes and see him play one of his better games for the Swans this season.
As Goodesy has been released from defence in the last 2 games, I have noticed a bit more mobility in his knees but, most importantly, he hasn't lost any of his outstanding aerobic capacity himself.
Worth a try anyway, as I can't see Donkey Doyle or Ball keeping up or competing with White around the ground.Well somebody told me, You had a boyfriend, Who looks like a girlfriend,That I had in February of last year, It's not confidential, I've got potential
