Rushed behind you are entitled to your opinion, but don't post patronising cr@p like this again.

There is nothing that p1sses me off more than someone who posts cr@p such as "How would you know if you didn't play at that level" or "I'd like to see you do better".

No I didn't play at top level. Do you expect 25,000 paid up members to go to a game and sit their in silence if their team isn't performing. Should we cordon off an area for those those who have played the game at elite level and only allow them to criticise.

One thing that's satisfied me about the Swans this year is their accountability and their team ethic. When I read the ND article, I was genuinely disappointed. Still I believe he is a unique talent, and his idiosyncracies should be managed.

If this idiot is "not sure if he is committed to AFL football" then bugger off and repay your contract money...............

Talent is no excuse for stupidity, gold in the boots and sand in the head is the old Italian soccer expression, I hope it does not apply here!

I?ve kept my mouth shut during this whole debate but I feel the need to have my say. I know Nick very well and I can tell you he frustrates the crap out of me time and time again - and that?s on a personal level !

Any injury is going to depress a player and they all deal with it their own way.

At times his attitude and the whole ?I don?t give a rats ?? does leave a lot to be desired and hanging around that goose Chris Walker just makes me disappointed. But he does say things tongue in cheek and those things are sometimes taken out of context and portrayed in a negative way. The whole KFC thing was supposed to be a light hearted joke about how Ryan Bayley wins gold and said he eats Kentucky fried. I don?t think Nick was trying to be a bad role model when he said ?Why can?t I ?? . He was trying a little thing called humour.

He might admit to not being flash on the training paddock but he forgets to mention all those extra hours he spends on practicing his kicking.

If you look at his football career you see a youngster, picked from obscurity and the safety of his home, thrown straight into the limelight. AFL players are treated like gods in Melbourne and surely this would have an effect on someone touted as the next superstar etc. Maybe that?s where it seems he?s got the ?I?m too cool? attitude. Fame tends to do that to people ?

On the flipside he can be sensitive and has it in him to be a very sweet person.

Just my 2cents, I?m on the fence with this one. Love to hate him, hate to love him !

That's a pretty one sided fence there

And here's my 2c after enjoying such frivolity with this thread...

I just hope he does everything possible to get over his injury so he can play in the PF and hopefully the GF. What more incentive do you need? GO Nick!

Be fair people and give Nick a go. Everyone has off days/periods, some more so than others. Getting stuck into Davis on here isn't going to help him. Encouragement will.

Nicks no different to bottle blondes with breast implants. Some people like to look at them, but nobody wants to them to open their mouth.

Ok, i've been on here too long and i need to get back to my big clean up. I'm sorting and throwing out things like useless old photos of people i barely remember.
