Relocate Footscray Bulldogs to Blacktown or Penrith. Play a handful of games at TS, Olympic park/Howell and Whitten oval. Get AFL and State Labor Govt. to subsidise/invest heavily for LONG term.

If someone moves to Western Sydney (which would cause debate in itself considering just how diverse and huge Western Sydney is, where exactly would they move?), it needs to be full time and they need serious financial backing over a 10 year period to allow them to try and gain support. It is going to be very tough for any newcomer to the Sydney market.
An inter-city rivalry would be more than fantastic, but I am not sure we are that close to it even being a possibility.
