ROK almost enjoyed that rule, until they took the ball off him, and made them kick it in again.

Good idea if it is wet, but with an ability to kick 60 m, why not try to not be so cute. Roos called him a smart player, in referring to the holding the ball rule, pitty those smarts didn't travel to his head.

The guy could be a big impact player if he doesn't try to overate himself and work hard on his game to get to that ranking. Same goes to N Davis (at whichever Maccas store he is currently at)
          Staying ahead of the game...

Nick doesn't like McDonalds - can't be bothered lifting the bun to take the pickles off.

But thank you - that's the first time i've heard the word "heck" for years.

Looking at it I'm pretty sure he miskicked it and was actually trying to put a lot more on it.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Looks like he didnt plant his right foot properly.
And the man who started it, the Schneiderman, can kick his third for the quarter. And the swans are in the Grand Final!

The rule they should introduce is a free kick for kicking backwards after the 20 minuite mark of every quarter. Bugger this no mark bizzo. Currently kicking backwards is a blight on the game, and takes away the chance of an exciting finish. I would love to know how many sides shut shop in time on last season.

Rule I would like to see is no hand contact with opponent in marking contests.
The current rules/interpretation reward the guy second in line.

Whatever happened to the emphasis on front possie?

Besides, if you couldn't just push your way to the footy we might see the return of a few high marks - remember them?

The good old fashioned screamer tended to happen when it was the only way to overcome the guy with the front spot.

Far less screamers because there is far less kicking to a contest. It's all about control now - makes it far less exciting to watch.

Why would you expect that?? The Swans have made the last two finals series AND won at least one final in each and you still haven't woken up to just how good the team and coach are
