Fair comments , but I still recall the time four years ago I had to collect them in person as they were lost / not mailed out.

And the club should not tell me they will post them out in the first week of March - then change that on the info-line to "week commenncing 7th March".

Could also depend on where you are in the alphabet too - and being a "W" I'm always one of the last!

No joy in the mail box yesterday either - but as long as I have it by the end of next week, I'm not that troubled.

I'm usually one of the first to get mine - so it's not alphabetical.

Colless stated last night at the AGM that the last of packages was mailed yesterday. He said the delays were due to suppliers letting them down and "it won't happen again".

I'm prwetty much in the same boat. A little preturbed at not receiving my membership yet. But I don't need it until Easter weekend, so it won't kill me if I get it next week.

I collect my membership cards too. Was spewing at losing last year's. BUT had the fortune of being given a replacement 2004 card at Newcastle so I could get into the ground. The club just checked my name on a list that had downloaded onto a laptop. I thought that was pretty nifty.

I need to buy some tickets for the Hawthorn game for friends and family who want to watch it with me in the MA Noble. If I dont receive my membership soon, the limited number of tickets available for non-members in that area will sell out and then I'll be very pissed off. One of those people is my father, over from Adelaide for Easter and very much looking forward to attending a game (of any type) at the SCG for the first time ever.

I don't need the club or some RWOers to patronise me about losing my membership if I receive it too soon. I am not a child.

I just received my membership pack. I'm rather fond of the sheet of stickers- my car has become a swans-mobile. And having Tadhg Kennelly staring at me from within my PO Box is definitely more pleasant than a phone bill.

I guess footy season really is here.

Aussie Rules club

The number on my Aussie Rules Social Club card is slightly different to my Swans membership number. Is this the same for everyone? I'd rather not have to contact the membership department because they're probably snowed under.
