I have to say when you guys came around in that last quarter over to our side of the ground you really got under the skin of a few of us :P

I particularly loved that Collingwood song you guys sang so well about us eating out of garbage bins and thinking its a treat

Julian, I have passed on your contact details to Jason Cowland who is the Convenor of AFL Supporters Groups NSW, so he should be contacting you shortly. Our next meeting is on Wednesday April 6 (venue to be determined). We have also planned two major functions for the year... 1) a combined Trivia Night on Saturday June 4 at West's Aussie Rules Club, Hampton St Croydon Park, and 2) Grand Final Day Function.

There are heaps of the inflatable Swans for $5 each at GoLo in Marrickville Metro.

I bought it last year for the Swans vs Collingwood match as a joke, but I was in there recently and they still had some.

Pretty good value... they are good quality.

I think I bought about 6 of them for the Eagles final. They were about $4 each. Pretty sad that the poor Swans are so unloved in Sydney that they have to fob off hundreds of the inflatable buggers to a freaky looking $2 store at "Hetero Metro". There always seems to be lots of them whenever I go there (ie am waiting for the doctor's next door)

I wish the club could buy them all back and derive some income from peole wanting to buy them. Still they beat those stupid blow-up hands. I hate those things; I mean what do you do with the dumb things?!

We'll have to have a day where we have like 100 of the things all being waved atround after goals. That would be really cool. Better than the "Sydney Swans Bear Squad"- people who threw teddy bears up in the air after goas to take the piss out of Russell when he used to do it.

I think Foreign Legion might have taken part in this at one stage from memory.

Good to see you onboard Ben. Was good to have met you guys up in Newie. Even if a few of you did look somewhat freaky.
