    Here we go...

Swans coach Paul Roos said Fosdike was happy to return to his native South Australia. However, while the 24-year-old has been mentioned freely in trade talk, some clubs are understood to have baulked at the size of his contract, believed to be worth more than $300,000 a season.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I'm with you. He's handy enough and played some pretty good football in 2003. Last year wasn't great but injuries played a part.

I was a little surprised with the Spriggs drafting because they are similar types of player but both will play senior football this year, neither is going to be a star but both will make some contribution.

The fact that Roos can name a side with both omitted is a good sign for us. If the likes of Bevan, McVeigh, Ablett and maybe even Moore, Schmidt and Willoughby can keep both out for most of the season, that's a very very good sign for us.
