    TLM open, round two.

    Just a reminder that votes for lost matches count just as much as the ones we win by 10 goals. Typically, disappointing performances see a large drop-off in voting, so it's even more important this week that people vote for the players that DID play well.

          No, no, no! This is often cited as the reason people don't vote... it doesn't achieve anything. At least five players will still get votes. The fewer people who vote, the more likely it is that there will be ties, and more than five players will get votes!

          So if you want to reward players, don't vote. If you want to assure that the votes who have to be given go only to the most deserving players, make your vote count!

                  I can't find 3 players to give votes to - only one so I voted for one instead and it pulled me up for not voting *g* so I had to give votes to pick 2 players to give the other votes to.

                      I suspect it's not going to be too hard to pick who gets the top votes this week. Probably a chance of another clean sweep.

                      Second and third will be a fiercely fought battle.

                                                      I found it very easy to give votes to 3 players, however I would have struggled to find a 4th player.
