Dempster was one of the few exciting Sydney players in the first quarter.

I don't eat animals since discovering this ability. I used to. But one day the lamb I was eating came through to me and ever since then I haven't been able to eat meat.
Originally posted by monopoly19 I do not understand how he has kept his spot for this long. He is a shocker (and has not improved since we first played him in 2003).
And can not understand how he kept his place when McVeigh and Schneider got dropped for poor performances too..
And the man who started it, the Schneiderman, can kick his third for the quarter. And the swans are in the Grand Final!
Hands up who wants a coach with no-bul**** attitude? I want a coach who will cick some players ar*e when they perform badly. Is that possible or are the players now becoming sacred cows as well?
Well, just to contradict everybody, I'm pro LRT. Yes, he lacks confidence. Yes, he stuffs up. And yes, he's still learning. But he seems to be getting a better idea of how to read the game. I just wish he'd back himself and kick instead of looking to pass off. To make a comparison, Nicks tonight did one or two wonderful things - e.g. the handpass to Goodes for a goal - and one or two woeful blunders. If we can get the return from LRT we get from Nicks I'd be very happy - but it's going to take longer. At least the boy has guts and commitment; he can keep working on his skills.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
