Possibly it's related to the bulking up he has developed a tougher attitude, more willing to throw himself in. He could well become able to impose himself at CHB, something Saddington has never been able too do despite some enormous efforts in the gym. Earlier on he'd be too "diffident" in a pack situation, he seemed to be too concerned with watching to see he wasn't getting in a team-mates way rather than going for the mark himself.

Lastly is the enormous reduction in his "think time" - last year my friends and I used to hum "popcorn" whenever he got a kick because of the sheer amount of time he'd waste deciding what to do. Thus far this year we barely get through the first "Doot doodle Doo Dee Doot" before he's done something with the ball.

And lastly 'Sanecrow' the last thing he needs is more bench time.

they are very valid points, he has certainly improved a bit which, to me is a good sign that he is on the right path.

He needs confidence and that will come from regular game time. He will make mistakes but kpp take time and he will hopefully repay the faith

Good points Im a huge fan I think he will become our perm CHB, I wonder if the reason he holds onto the ball is due to team plan of not kicking to contests, he may be waiting for the break, but not confident in his passing. Watching him this is what I think may be happening.

          Cheers
