Read the post I responded to - it was about kicking goals...Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Furthermore, I also concur that crusier is right. Shutting down Barry Hall is not enough, as we will still beat them - as we did last year even though Bazza had little impact after half time. Our Greatest Moment:

I was talking in general - they don't kick enough goals.
Given they only kicked 6 goals last year and didn't even reach our half-time score, it's hardly surprising we won. Hall's score alone was equal to their 3QT score!
Apart from Hall, our other forwards only kicked 4 goals against Adelaide last time we won.Last edited by NMWBloods; 14 April 2005, 04:07 PM.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Yeah, but that's part of my point really isn't it...Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Remember that last year Port's average losing margin was 51pts! They are a team that loses in a heap, so the size of the margin on the weekend is not as relevant.
I tip it to be close for most of the game, but the Swans to win comfortably in the end.
My interest lies in who will play this weekend. Roos cant afford to debut anyone else (Moore or Schmidt) because it will just give him more headaches at the selection table next week

And I repeat: Port's average losing margin last year was 51pts!
The size of the result means little.
