I was just thinking how similar Eade and Roos's time has been @ the Swans

I am just here to speak my mind, but I do get tired of the attacks sometimes- just cos I don't conform to certain peoples ideas here on RWO.
I know a few posters who wont come back here cos poeple on RWO tell them that the Swans don't need their support when they say things that some Swans fans here dissagree with.
It's a bit of a turn off and the whole thing tends to make you a bit defensive.

Come on, Eade meandered into mediocrity over 3/4 years with an ageing list and (perhaps) ordinary drafting, and a lack of perceived strategy in fixing it.

Roos in fairness, took over a mild basket case and we have had a couple of OK years.

What did Roos say when we took over, "it is a long term project".

2003 changed all that, a quarter away from a Grand Final and we all suddenly expect more.

The team that was branded 'slow and lacking skill' in 2002 were 'exciting' in 2003.

I don't like the current style either but we can play good football, but NOT with a host of players out of touch, and Saturday we lacked some key players Ball Williams Maxfield Saddington, Crouch and Micky underdone.

I still think the jury is out on Roos, in fairness he inherited most of this team, their strengths, their failings, but come on, dump him (let alone the financial considerations I am sorry to say)?

And who would we get by the way?
