    Agreed.

For a player used on and off the bench, why not have one that can KICK the ball. McVeigh would be the better option.

    As for next week

    In: Maxfield, Jolly and McVeigh
Out: Davis (inj) LRT and Spriggs
    Once was, now elsewhere

Only way Spriggs can hit a target is if he's short and in the clear. Sometimes he goes the long option, which isn't long for him but usually manages not to clear an opposition defender. Hall gets super frustrated with him.

I agree, Spriggs is a waste of space on our list. He will never make a premiership side. Better to let one of the young guys have a shot.

On LRT. He was ok. His 1st effort is good, his 2nd effort shocking, his 3rd effort inspirational. If it gets to 4th, he usually gets a free paid against him. He's just got to work on the evens.

I had Davis ahead of him in the votes, but only just.

LRT equals goosehead, no footy smarts. Vogels can be persisted with and developed but doubt the former is going anywhere. Kennelly needs to improve decision-making as well.

Yeh, but right now you are the only one on the Nick Davis bandwagon. Everyone else has leapt off for 4 weeks or could it be a Stephen Doyle 4 weeks.

Is that what he calls it. Doesn't make too many right ones.

I thought Crouch played a good game and Tadgh Kennelly although much improved still needs a kick in the arse.

I think its time to push Tadgh forwad to the center.

Crouch's pace was telling, still needs to improved kicking but was cleaner tonight.

Agree tadgh was much much better, even though his disposal was a touch dodgy it was good to see him actually get his hands on the ball and into the game for the first time this year.

I think he got the break away from a contest at least four times in the last quarter. He got lucky at least twice, but he did make the most of the chances offered.

Now let me get this clear Snowy.

Spriggs can hit a target if he is short and in the clear.

He is short all right and he is often in the clear, so when was the last time he hit a target.

If he sometimes goes the long option which isn't long for him then he must be going the short option. So when he goes the short option he doesn't clear an opposition player. He also plays "short" because he is short.

So most things he does has a lot to do with short and he gives it over to the opposition because he can't kick over their head even if the opposition player is short.

                                So why play him?
